Deposit secures booking. Terms & Conditions Notes | Terms & Conditions for Mobile Gelateria - All quotes are valid for 7 days - Dates are subject to availability. Deposit secures your date. - Prices are subject to change - All Items are subject to availability - Errors & omissions apply - By accepting our quote, you agree to our terms and conditions. - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm your function dates. - The 50% balance of payment is required three workings days prior to event in order to confirm your booking. - Any overages will be discussed with client on site and will billed the following day. - Client will be liable for any breakages or losses for Glassware & Crockery - Payment is to be settled within three working days from the sent invoice. - We may not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances leading to cancelling of the event, such as acts of God, power outages, strikes or miscommunication from client - Strictly no refunds will be given. - Strictly no cash or stock refunds will be given on unused stock. On-site consumption only, no takeaways. - We accept no responsibility for any damage/theft/loss during any event or function - All bars are based on 2 hour serving periods excluding setup and take down, for all quoted events unless specified. - Our bars require a nearby plug point. Average size of our serving area required +- 1.5m x 2m. - We require easy access to the venue/setup area
